Each partner has a clear role, from design and drafting to land work, construction, and launch strategy.
Bob Lindsay
Bob designed the A-Frame Cabin. His design brings the mountain setting inside, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that make the living room feel connected to nature.
Mark Tennent
Mark designed the Modern Cabin and is leading construction administration. That means he helps answer build questions, reviews details, and makes sure the construction stays true to the design.
Aaron Teets
Aaron helps make the land ready for building. He works on the site plan, septic design, grading, and permits so the property can be built the right way.
Doerr Construction
Doerr Construction is our local general contractor and will be leading construction on site. They will help manage the day-to-day build, coordinate the trades, and make sure the cabins are built from plans into real spaces guests can enjoy.
Byco Enterprise
Byco is a full-service construction partner serving the tri-state area since 1990. They are helping with plumbing, heating, electrical, and excavation support.
Casey Golombieski
Casey handled the architectural drafting for both cabins. Her drawings helped turn the cabin designs into clear plans the project team can use.
Chris Reynolds
Chris is helping prepare the land. His work includes site prep, grading, and shaping the cabin areas so the build can move forward.
Spencer Knowlton
Spencer is helping guide the launch strategy as we start the campaign. Through LaunchBoom, his team has supported hospitality launches like Cypress Resort in Georgia and Modern Escapes in Pennsylvania.
