Your VIP deposit is applied to your purchase today. It's not an additional charge—it's already part of your total.
When will I select my actual dates?▼
After purchase, you'll receive access to our booking calendar based on your tier. Signature members book first, then All-Inclusive, then Retreat, then single-stay guests. The public books last. Dates for 2027 will be available in Spring 2026.
How does calendar access work?▼
Annual Retreat members:
• Signature: 1st access to calendar
• All-Inclusive: 2nd access to calendar
• Retreat: 3rd access to calendar
Single Retreat guests: VIP access before the general public
• Signature: 1st access to calendar

What if I need to cancel?▼
Full refund available until July 1, 2026. After that date, your payment converts to credit that never expires and can be transferred to another guest.
Can I change my tier or stay length after purchasing?▼
Yes! You can upgrade your tier or adjust your stay length before the booking calendar opens. Just reach out to us and we'll help you make changes.
What if the cabins aren't ready by Summer 2027?▼
If there are any construction delays, your purchase remains valid and your credit never expires. We'll keep you updated throughout the build process and you'll be among the first to book once we're ready.
Can I transfer my stay to someone else?▼
Yes. Your stay can be transferred to a friend or family member at any time. Just let us know and we'll handle the details.
What is arrival valet?▼
Signature guests receive arrival valet service. Between check-in time and two hours after, we'll be there to welcome you with a drink, give you a personal tour of the cabin, and bring your luggage inside.
When do the cabins open?▼
We're opening Summer 2027. Your VIP purchase helps fund the construction and guarantees your spot at founding member pricing—55% off what future guests will pay.
